- Ventia has been awarded a new contract with NBN Co over five years, with the option to extend. We are seeking to hire 4 x Field Managers to oversee and supervise our field-based operations teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day management of activities in the field for our workforce.

**What you’ll do**:

- Daily supervision ensuring that technicians have appropriate tools, testing equipment and materials & skills to enable the completion of tasks.
- Assist field technicians and provide coaching to improve performance, quality and end user customer experience.
- Liaise with the Area Manager & field workforce to ensure all customer complaints are resolved in a timely manner.
- Managing the progress of works at various sites in coordination with project staff, to meet client expectations within time constraints, budget, safety, environmental and quality.
- Weekly Quality & HSE Audits.
- To be successful, you’ll need:

- Extensive experience working on nbn technologies at multiple sites with internal and external stakeholders.
- Previous experience in contracting and managing a contractor workforce
- Knowledge of FTTX or HFC activation and assurance activities
- Knowledge & experience of nbn network and build process
- NSW Valid Drivers Licence
- Willingness to travel and work away from home
