**About the role**
You will be leading and coaching a strong sales team across NSW and bring strategic direction to foster growth opportunities within the business. Reporting into the National Sales Manager, you will have ultimate responsibility over revenue and volume targets for the state, work with the Operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and play a key leadership role across the broader organisation. Your time will be spread between in field with your team, corporate head office and the operations site occasionally.

**Duties**
- Lead and mentor a team across the NSW state, including regional areas
- Drive collaboration across multiple sectors of the business, including Operations
- Hold high-level relationships with key customers
- Develop strategies to generate growth across the state for the team
- Own accountability for sales budget for NSW

**Skills and Experience**
- Proven sales leadership experience managing at state or national level
- Understanding of relationship between sales & operations
- Ability to implement new strategies through your sales team
- Enjoy being hands-on with your team and spending time in the field
