About You

You will manage all administration duties across the NSW Northern Region, including the Newcastle and Northern NSW Regions.

This role would suit a strong all-round administration officer with solid time management skills. The role is key to the region's success and business outcomes. This is a replacement role.

- Open T, Close T & Invoice T-
- Receive Incoming Goods-
- Managing Parts & Receiving Deliveries-
- Credits, Debt Collection, Assist Accounts-
- Issue Maintenance Statements-
- Book accommodation for Field team members-
- Site Folders & Owners Manuals-
- Region ordering-
- Field Incentive Plan payments-
- General administration tasks for the region-
- Supporting NSW & Sydney Administration Departments as required.Key working relationships- Operations Manager-
- Service Manager-
- Account & Sales Representatives,-
- Local Representatives & MechanicsWhat you will need to be successful- Possess good written and oral communication skills with the ability to present complex information to customers professionally and on time.-
- A recognized tertiary qualification in Sales or Marketing would be preferred.-
- Computer literacy with a competency in analysing spreadsheet data.-
- A current driver’s licence.-
- Result-oriented individual who is committed to delivering promised outcomes-
- Well organised with the ability to plan and prioritise multiple tasks.-
- Self-starter with a positive and proactive approach to managing tasks.-
- Highly motivated to succeed in this role and progress at Otis Elevators.-
