**The Role**

As National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for planning and achieving company sales and revenue growth objectives. You will be accountable for leading a motivated sales team of 8 and ensuring that the overall business sales targets are achieved.
To succeed in this position, ideally you will have a background in Managed Services or Consultancy, as well as experience selling technology solutions to Mid Market to Enterprise customers. You will be a confident and approachable individual who is well-versed in all things tech, including cloud solutions, Microsoft licensing, firewalls, and more.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will sit within the senior leadership team and have the opportunity to get involved with the corporate strategy. Creating a collaborative yet competitive sales environment, as well as developing strategies and frameworks and leading the team, establishing standards, and managing and monitoring activity to achieve objectives and goals.

**About you**

Our client is seeking a sales unit leader who has the business sense to deliver high-performance outcomes.
You must have five or more years of experience managing a sales team in addition to your time spent as an individual contributor if you want to be successful in getting this fantastic chance.
You will be an enthusiastic team leader with a can-do attitude who has managed a team in an SMB setting where you were “hands-on” with deal coaching.
With the capacity to build strong customer connections, you will be able to demonstrate a track record of increasing income through new business development and account management and demonstrate an aptitude for leading a team that is spread out geographically.
