The primary purpose in this role is being responsible for the end to end contributions process for all funds and ensuring work allocations are completed, checking and Quality Assurance, assigning day to day tasks, processing, monitoring and investigative tasks and more. Central is the ability to have an in-depth understanding and appreciation of the tasks undertaken, and ability to execute allocated tasks within tight timeframes with a high level of accuracy.

The person in this role ensures that the Contributions Team deliver against all key operational Service Level Agreements. This includes end
- to-end responsibility for delivering and reporting against operational SLAs and KPI’s, supporting all incident and escalation management and associated reporting together with supporting the business change projects.

Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with:
- Team Management and Leadership- Ensure all contributions allocated to member accounts daily and refunds processed- Workflow - ensure processing and QA queues are within SLA- Complex task escalation point- Provide guidance to the Fund Administrators on errors and process corrections- Assisting with the review of documentation for sign off by the Operation Support Team regarding new functionality that impacts business process for change- Assisting with the operational readiness support for new transitions including maintenance and updating of Operational Documentation
