**Title**: Marketing Lead - Brand and Growth

**Location**:This is a hybrid-based role in Melbourne or Sydney, with a blend of working from home & our DiUS office.

**About the role**

DiUS is looking for a commercially-minded B2B marketer who’s ready to build, deliver, and drive real results. This role is about demand generation - creating the programs, campaigns and rhythms that attract the right audience and deliver measurable impact. Alongside this, you'll be executing essential marketing activities - website, social content, case studies and events - ensuring the brand stays active, relevant, and credible in the market.

Operating as the sole dedicated marketer, you’ll be hands on and outcomes focused, working fast with AI, automation and smart tools to scale what works. It’s not a corporate machine, it’s an opportunity to lead through doing, shape how marketing works, and make your mark in a business that’s serious about growth.

It’s 70% doing, 30% direction—and 100% about making things happen.

**About you**

**Skills**:

- ** 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation**, ideally within complex, sales-led environments
- **Experience in small to mid-sized B2B companies**, particularly in consulting, tech, or services (not just Saas or product-drive roles)
- Strong understanding of **software development, cloud, and emerging technologies**—enough to confidently create relevant content and messaging
- **Proven hands-on execution skills** across campaign management and delivery, content creation and distribution, social media management, and CMS updates
- **Proficient with modern marketing tools**, for example:

- Campaign platforms (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram)
- CRM systems (Zoho, Hubspot)
- Content management (WordPress)
- Prospecting tools (Apollo, Lusha)
- Design editing (Figma)
- Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini) for content, ideation, and efficiency
- **Ability to operate both strategically and tactically**—can zoom in and out from high-level campaign planning to tracking signals and adjusting in real time
