- Our flagship campus is in Sydney. We also have a campus in Melbourne and co-working spaces in Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. But you have choice in where and how you work. That means if you want to do your thing in the office (if you're near one), at home or a bit of both, it's up to you.**What you’d be doing in this role
- As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.**Please note this is a 12 months fixed term contract for parental leave cover**
**At the moment, this role is focused on**:
- Partnering with Canvanauts to support recruitment marketing across our key hiring locations.
- Collaborating with teams across Canva from Marketing, Comms and Brand and external creative agencies to bring our Talent Brand initiatives to life.
- Building entirely new strategies and solutions to our unique talent brand challenges.
- Coaching a small (but great) team of two who are deeply passionate about talent brand.
**You're probably a match if**:
- You have experience working in Recruitment Marketing, Talent Brand or Employer Brand.
- You love coaching as much as getting hands on with projects.
- You're a creator, crafting compelling content and captivating audiences with custom talent brand campaigns. You might have spent some time running social media channels or a talent community (a huge plus).
- You're able to seamlessly navigate projects that never existed before with an eye for future proofing new solutions.
- You're a collaborator, building and cultivating engaging relationships with Canvanauts globally.
- You have initiative, whether that's identifying untapped opportunities or trying new things, you're always eager to embrace new challenges.
**About the team
- The People Brand, Community and Engagement Team consists of three core teams, Talent Brand, Seed, and Engagement - our small but mighty and creative team.- Sitting within the People Experience Group, the Talent Brand team's mission is to build a globally adored Employer Brand. Our big goal is to attract, illuminate, delight and engage people who have the right skills and values to join us, to help Canva continue to thrive into the future. In this role, you'll lead our Talent Brand team to make this mission a reality.**Please note, equity will not be part of this compensation package.
