We are seeking a highly motivated and suitably experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team at our general medical practice at Dockside Medical Hub, located at Kangaroo Point.

**PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE STRICTLY LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH RELEVANT AND PRIOR EXPERIENCE**

This role will involve general administrative duties as well as liaison with patient and medical staff.
- Medical reception
- Assisting with general administrative duties.
- Managing high volumes of telephone calls and patient enquiries, scheduling appointments within the practice and with other specialists, billings and messages.
- Maintaining patient files, handling mail, faxes and scanning.
- Ensuring the clinic is presentable at all times.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have the following essential criteria:

- Experience with Medical Director and Pracsoft (highly preferred).
- Professional and personable telephone manner.
- Proficient computer skills and understanding of medical terminology.
- Ability to multi-task, be proactive and have effective time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High standard of presentation and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
