**About the Company**
We have a rewarding and exciting opportunity for a Communications Lead to join a large NSW Government organisation. This role is responsible for the development of employee communication plans and deliver business communication initiatives. We are looking for someone to start ASAP for 12 month contract, paying $950 per day. This role is located in Parramatta with working from home opportunities.

**About the Role**
- Lead the development, delivery and implementation of employee communication and engagement strategies to promote the brand.
- Collaborate with the Change team and influence Heads of Business, and the relevant General Managers to adopt sound employee engagement approaches.
- Research and implement best practice approaches and methods to communication and engagement, that take into account new technologies, employee insights, attitudes and preferences.
- Support the business to deliver communication activities to the group.

**About you**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Communications Advisor in a delivery role for a major corporation, government department or agency environment
- Demonstrated ability in design, delivery and implementation of proactive communication and engagement plans
- A strong team player with proven ability to collaborate with others
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills including strong corporate and policy communication skills
- Strategic thinker
