Inspire and deliver the assigned programs using their extensive knowledge
- Guided by comprehensive learning materials Provide support and feedback to ensure successful completion of programs monitor.
- Conduct student assessments Plan, review, and improve training and assessment Participate in assessment validation, moderation, and continuous improvement strong experience in case management
- Industry Keen interest in teaching others about the industry Experience in training, teaching, or lecturing is desirable.
- Confidence and motivation to deliver first-class face-to-face education.
- Sensitivity and the ability to adapt teaching styles to students of different cultural backgrounds Commitment, flexibility, initiative, and the ability to work as part of a growing team.
- Monitor, conduct, and mark student assessments in the workplace
- Support students during their work placement terms and liaise with the student, host organization and ALG
- Conduct workplace visits whilst the students are on placement

**Qualifications and Experiences**:

- Current experience in the Mental Health and Community Service industries (preferably 2+ years full time post qualification)
- A relevant vocational qualification at the Degree or Diploma level in the community services/social work /mental health
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current Police Check
- Own transpor
- Medical certificate or document of flu vaccination (if a host organization requires it)
- Experience in teaching or training is desirable but not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
