**Key Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers providing information about our courses and intakes, and persuade them to send students.
**Customer Engagement**: Engage customers in meaningful conversations, answer their queries, and address their concerns in a professional manner.
**Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
**Performance Metrics**:Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics, including call volume, conversion rates, and sales targets.
**Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from customers and provide insights to the team to improve our courses.
**Compliance**:Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and privacy standards during all interactions.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and persuasively.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify customer needs and offer solutions in a proactive manner.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From $28.00 per hour
