In this role, you will provide technical thought leadership to the definition, development, and implementation of enterprise architecture. You will drive the delivery of Reference Architecture for IT Service Governance and will be the “go-to” point for Enterprise Architects.

You will be part of a dynamic and innovative team that values collaboration and excellence. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including IT and business leaders, to ensure the effective implementation of IT service governance initiatives.

**In this role you will**:

- Develop and assess the strategies of enterprise architecture and roadmaps development.
- Make recommendations, gain approval, and develop implementation strategies for new technologies.
- Evaluate and recommend product selection to ensure that organizational goals for non-functional requirements are achieved.
- Develop and define business and technical operating procedures and standards.
- Keep abreast of, recommend, and drive new technologies towards implementation and exploitation.
- Validate solution architecture against Reference Architecture.
- Deliver Enterprise Architecture frameworks, policies, and standards.
- Deliver the Enterprise Reference Architecture that guides strategic investment.
- Oversee IT Service Governance practices, including Change Management, Release Management, IT Service Continuity, Vulnerability Remediation Management, Problem Management, Incident Management, Service Configuration Management, Alert Management, Service Level Management Reporting, IT Service Criticality, IT Asset Management, and Observability.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership and influence strategic decisions.
- Develop and articulate strategic future states across complex environments and multiple practices.

- Have proven experience in enterprise architecture and IT service governance.
- Possess a strong understanding of modern approaches including SRE, DevSecOps, AiOps to solving operational problems, in contrast to traditional and dated IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT).
- Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Hold relevant industry certification and participate in industry leading collaboration forums.
- Can effectively communicate and influence senior leadership.
- Have experience in developing strategic future states across complex environments and multiple practices.
- Have significant and practical SRE experience, from setting up SRE practices to optimizing their operations.
- Strong background in software development and modern SDLC approaches
