In this role, you’ll be part of our Centre of Excellence, guided by our Chief Architect, where you’ll play a pivotal leadership role across the Group’s technology community. You’ll help shape and guide the strategic development and thoughtful implementation of an enterprise-wide architecture—spanning business, data, AI, and technology domains—through collaboration, vision, and influence.

Our Enterprise Architecture (EA) team is setting the north star, dedicated to shaping a clear and inspiring vision for our business and technology strategies. We guide the architectural outcomes that support our business aspirations and outcomes today and in the future.

We collaborate closely with the business to define our technology direction and create the roadmap that brings our target architecture to life.

We validate solution decisions and collaborate with our engineering teams to ensure domain architectures are integrated into all detailed designs. We also nurture strong partnerships with our IT Operations teams to support continuous learning and shared growth from implemented architectures.

**In this role, you will typically**:

- Lead or contribute to an enterprise architecture domain to deliver blueprints and roadmaps
- Lead IT research and development groups that set our technology direction and radar.
- Make recommendations, gain approvals, and develop transition strategies for innovative technologies.
- Evaluate and recommend new product selection to ensure that organisational goals for security, reliability, and performance are achieved.
- Establish standards, processes and procedures to ensure best practices in architecture are in place to ensure high quality deliverables.
- Provide expert advice to solution architects and business partners on designs and options.

**We are interested in hearing from people who**:

- Have proven experience in enterprise architecture and IT Service Management.
- Possess a strong understanding of modern approaches including SRE, DevSecOps, AiOps to solving operational problems, in contrast to traditional and dated IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT).
- Have robust and repeatable experience in delivering enterprise-wide architecture
- Have been a driver of technology strategy to the ‘C’ level of an organisation, both domestically and internationally
- Proven innovators, creative and able to envision a future state, understand our competitive landscape and be able to make decisions that direct the organisation.
- Exceptional presenters, who communicate with clarity and precision
- Undertake due diligence on the direction that they set for the organisation
- Can solve for the bigger picture, taking an enterprise view
