**The Role**:
Due to recent expansion our client is looking for a Mechanical Fitter to join our fast-growing team specialising in the following areas:

- Hydraulics, where you will be involved in the repair and rebuild of an extensive range of mechanical, hydraulic, & pneumatic equipment.
- Pumps, repairing & rebuilding of an extensive range of pumps for our diverse client base.
- Machining, involved in the manufacture, repair, & rebuild of an extensive range of mechanical components using manual lathes, mills, & boring equipment.

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Qualified Mechanical Fitter
- Recent experience in a heavy industrial environment in the areas referred to above.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings & schematics, and complete detailed inspection & QA reports
- Ability to travel outside metropolitan area (occasionally)
- Energetic 'Can do' personality
- Work well in a team environment and be able to follow direction
- Strong attention to detail, customer service and safety
