We're growing – and we're looking for an experienced 4/5-Axis CNC Programmer/ Operator to join our high-performing team.


About the Role

As a key member of our machining team, you'll:

· Generate CAM programs for 4/5-Axis CNC machines

· Set up and operate 4/5-Axis CNC machines

· Produce high-precision components to customer specifications

· Review and opti mise CNC programs to improve machining efficiency

· Contribute to 5S and continuous improvement initiatives


What You'll Bring

We're seeking a proven performer with strong technical skills and a collaborative approach.

Essential:

· Certificate III in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)

· Minimum 5 years' experience with 4/5-Axis CNC machines

· Confident in CAM programming (Hypermill or Powermill experience desirable)

· Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail

Desirable:

· Experience with Mazatrol, Heidenhain, Creative, and Fanuc CNC controllers

· Forklift licence and/or Dogging/Rigging certification

· NV1 Security Clearance (or eligibility to obtain)
