About the Role:

Due to significant investment and growth of new state of the art facilities, Pope Packaging offers exciting opportunities to join the production team. We have positions for experienced Machine Operators for afternoon shift (2pm to 10.06pm) and night shift (10pm to 6.06am).

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for the set up and operation of state of the art machines with superior technology.

Duties Include:

· Set up and operate machine

· Program robots

· Safe use and operation of Forklift and Grab

· Prepare Cross Paste for installation into Tubing machine

· Make new glue belts for Bottoming machine

· Fault finding and diagnostic work

· Work to high level KPI's

· Comply with SOP's

About You:

· MUST have previous experience in a production environment

· MUST have machine setting experience

· Sound mechanical aptitude with ability to use hand tools

· Good team player with high work ethic

· Great communication skills

· Results orientated with strong problem solving skills

· Current High Risk Forklift (LF) licence desirable
