Job description

We are seeking machine operators/process workers with manufacturing/process plant operation experience. The successful applicant will run a rubber extruder for subsequent manufacturing processes. This is mainly a day shift role with occasional afternoon shift requirements. General factory duties will also be occasionally required.

Key requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in manufacturing, processing, or a closely related area.
  • Must cooperate with safety measures to help provide and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude.
  • Reliable and able to work in a team.
  • Displays a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Must be physically fit to operate plant machinery.
  • Must have full working rights in Australia.

Schedule: Day shift role with occasional afternoon shift needs.
