**About the Role**

We are seeking motivated and reliable Machine Operators to join our brand-new Wingfield facility on a permanent full-time basis. This role will be responsible for operating our new lathe machines within the pipe manufacturing operations.

The role will suit individuals who enjoy working as part of a team, have strong attention to detail, and are committed to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate lathe/CNC machines and associated cutting and threading equipment to support pipe manufacturing operations.
- Follow established production schedules, ensuring output meets quality standards and customer requirements.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure machines are running efficiently and safely.
- Work collaboratively within the production team to achieve operational targets and KPIs.
- Maintain a safe and compliant workplace by following all AVK safety policies and procedures.
- Accurately record production information and report any issues or equipment concerns promptly.

**About You**
- Previous experience operating lathes, cutting, or threading machines is highly desirable.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment will be highly regarded.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and operate equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong focus on quality, attention to detail, and producing consistent results.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

The recruitment process has a pre-employment medical assessment which includes drug and alcohol testing.
