**Are you a skilled marketer ready to roll up your sleeves, own the output, and drive real results?**

We’re hiring a full-time _Growth Marketing & Content Specialist_ to supercharge digital marketing across our three growing business units — spanning product design, renewable energy, and fashion distribution.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone with strong digital marketing skills, creative flair, and a sharp eye for data. You’ll ideate and create content, run campaigns, and continuously optimise — leveraging tools and automation to multiply your impact across channels and brands.

You’ll have guidance where needed, but we’re after someone who takes initiative and consistently pushes things forward.

**What You'll do**
- Plan, create and execute marketing content across websites, social media, newsletters, blogs and ads
- Manage Google Ads and paid social campaigns — end-to-end
- Leverage content from our partner brands to generate high-impact digital assets
- Respond to social engagement and manage inbound enquiries with an eye for automation and smart tools
- Use AI and marketing tech to increase efficiency and output
- Track performance and continually optimise for growth
- Report measurable data driven results & recommendations to Business owner

**What We're looking for**
- 5+ years of experience in digital/content/growth marketing
- Proven ability to plan and produce content that drives traffic and conversions
- Strong experience running paid ads on Google and social platforms
- Data-driven and comfortable using analytics to iterate and improve
- Highly motivated, hands-on, and execution-oriented — not just a strategist
- Experience and enthusiasm for improving output and impact via automation
- Comfortable working across multiple brands and content types
