Marketing Officer

**About the role**

As a Marketing Officer at My Finance Agent, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective marketing campaigns to promote our diverse range of financial services. This full-time position is based in our Sydney CBD office.

My Finance Agent is a leading property finance specialist dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Our core business focuses on residential lending, where we negotiate with various lenders on behalf of our clients to secure the lowest interest rates, competitive fees, and the most suitable finance solutions. As a free service to clients, we provide immense value to the real estate industry by simplifying the lending process and tailoring solutions to meet individual needs.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**
- Plan, develop, and organise advertising policies and campaigns to support sales objectives, focused on My Finance Agent's expertise in securing competitive mortgage solutions, leveraging social media to reach target audiences.
- Advise executives on advertising strategies and campaigns to effectively reach potential clients, emphasizing the benefits of My Finance Agent's free, value-added solutions.
- Coordinate the production of advertising campaigns, including activities such copywriting, media scripting, digital content, and social media posts, ensuring delivery within time and budget constraints.
- Analyse data on consumer patterns and preferences, including social media engagement metrics to connect with borrowers effectively.
- Interpret and predict current and future consumer trends in the property finance sector to align marketing strategies with evolving client needs.
- Research potential demand and market characteristics for new finance solutions, collecting and analysing data to refine campaign strategies and identify opportunities.
- Support business growth and development by preparing and executing comprehensive marketing objectives, policies, and programs, leveraging social media platforms to expand reach and connect with potential clients.
- Commission and undertake market research to identify opportunities for promoting new and existing financial services, strengthening My Finance Agent’s position within the industry.
- Advise on all elements of marketing, including product mix, pricing strategies, advertising campaigns, promotional activities, sales approaches, and distribution channels, to maximize engagement and lead generation.

**Skills & required**:

- A relevant Bachelor Degree or Higher
- at least 1 year of relevant Full time work experience
- Marketing Concepts

Pay: $73,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
