As a Marketing Specialist at SRG Thai Boxing Sydney, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our fitness center and Muay Thai events. This role is focused on strategic marketing and business development rather than front-line retail or direct client transactional interactions. You will support our growth through market research, strategic planning, and creative marketing campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and implement marketing objectives, policies, and programs to support business growth and development.
- Commission and conduct market research to identify opportunities for new and existing products and services.
- Provide expert advice on various marketing elements, including product mix, pricing, advertising, sales promotions, selling techniques, and distribution channels.
- **: Analyse marketing data to develop effective marketing strategies and plans.
- Create innovative ideas for marketing campaigns that enhance the visibility of SRG Gym and our Muay Thai events.
- Work with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing initiatives and manage relationships.
- Advise on and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media marketing, and associated analytics to maximize online presence and engagement.
- Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns and monitor their effectiveness to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Demonstrated experience in marketing, with a strong background in strategic planning, market research, and campaign development. Experience in the fitness or sports industry is advantageous.
- **Skills**: Proficient in digital marketing, SEO, social media strategies, and analytics tools. Ability to provide insightful recommendations based on data analysis.
- **Creativity**: Strong creative skills with the ability to generate compelling marketing ideas and execute them effectively.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with external vendors and agencies professionally.
- **Analytical**: Strong analytical abilities to assess marketing performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Team Collaboration**: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve marketing objectives.
- **Qualifications**: Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of relevant experience
