Our client is a Tier 1 client in Sydney CBD, looking for a Data Program Test Lead to join with their testing team.

As a Data Program Test Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that all data program testing activities are planned, executed, and completed successfully. You will work with various stakeholders to understand the project requirements, develop test plans and strategies, and ensure that all testing activities are performed as per the defined standards and processes. You will also be responsible for managing a team of testers and coordinating with other teams involved in the project to ensure successful delivery of the data program.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop test plans, test cases, and test strategies based on project requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand the project objectives and define testing requirements.
- Lead and manage the testing team, on-shore & off-shore.
- Develop and implement automated testing processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Perform manual testing activities as required and ensure that all testing activities are executed as per defined processes and standards.
- Collaborate with other teams involved in the project, including data architects, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful delivery of the data program.
- Create and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Ensure that all testing activities are completed within the defined timeline and budget.

Qualifications:

- 5 - 7 years of experience in data program testing, with demonstrated experience in leading and managing testing teams.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in developing and implementing automated testing processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with data warehousing and data integration testing is a plus.
