Marketing & Communications Manager - Perm role - Hybrid working - Cbd office - $110k + super

**Your new role**
This role will be responsible for the entire marketing communications strategy and work closely along side the Bid manager on content when needed. They will not have any direct reports but will be responsible for mentoring the junior people in the team. Some of the tasks will include:

- Develop and implement an integrated marketing and communications strategy
- Provide advice on marketing best practice to internal stakeholders
- Take briefs for marketing materials and work with the Graphic Designer to ensure efficient development and delivery of collateral
- Create engaging content to be used across different platforms including marketing collateral, social media, website, digital and print advertising
- Coordinate advertising requirements including the booking and delivery of materials for approved advertising opportunities
- Evaluate marketing campaigns and provide bi-annual reports for work plan reporting for funders
- Manage marketing budget as allocated

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Critical thinker with the ability to respond with sound judgment on both internal and external communication issues
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns
- Practical understanding of branding, marketing and advertising principles and practices
- Planning and successful implementation and evaluation of project activities
