Based in Melbourne, we are a wholesale picture framing company that serves clients nationwide. Our showrooms are strategically located across Australia, making us the ideal choice for corporate and commercial art framing projects and installations.

**Your new role**

As Marketing & Communication Manager, your primary objective is to develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote the company's products, increase brand awareness, and drive sales through EDM.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- ** Strategy Development**: Create a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. Identify target audiences, analyse market trends, and develop plans to leverage EDM and e-commerce channels effectively.
- ** E-commerce Management**:Oversee the company's e-commerce platforms, ensuring they are user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimised for conversions. Coordinate with the web development team to update product listings, manage inventory, and improve the overall user experience. Implement strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and enhance customer satisfaction.Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and influential content for EDM campaigns, website, product descriptions, and social media platforms. Maintain brand consistency and ensure messaging reflects the company's values and objectives.
- ** Brand Management**: Uphold and enhance the company's brand image and reputation through consistent messaging, visual identity, and storytelling. Ensure that marketing materials and communications adhere to brand guidelines and effectively convey the unique selling points of the art products.
