The Marketing and Communications Advisor develops and delivers marketing and communication initiatives to increase brand visibility and audience engagement in line with the VBA's strategic plan. The role focusses on building knowledge and showcasing the impact of all we do to strengthen Victoria's building system.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Brand and Engagement, you will have demonstrated hands-on experience in developing and delivering high quality communications material, leading and managing events, webinars (hybrid and in-person), sponsorships and driving other activity to build brands and drive audience engagement. You will also have excellent communications skills, attention to detail and the ability to build and manage strong stakeholder relationships.

**Who we are looking for**:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably with marketing and communications experience that drives brand and audience engagement.
- Strong experience in hands on event management.
- Excellent communication skills with a flair for writing, as well as the ability to prepare a variety of clear, concise and engaging correspondence to influence target audiences.
- Experience in communicating with stakeholders at a range of levels and are committed to delivering high levels of customer services and to build relationships.
