**Patient Services Administrator/ Patient Coordinator**

Full-time/Part-time (Monday to Friday)

The Canberra Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Clinic (CAPS) is a unique and comprehensive plastic surgery practice based in the heart of the medical precinct in Deakin.

We are seeking flexible, highly organised, and enthusiastic people to join our team as Patient Services Administrators and Patient Coordinators.

**About the Role**

**About You**

You will be a customer focused team player, with a friendly and empathetic approach to dealing with clients, as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritise which will see you succeed in this role.

**You will also have**:

- strong verbal and written communication skills,
- experience in a medical setting (preferred but not essential),
- proven organisational skills,
- the ability to work in a fast-paced environment,
- excellent time management skills, and
- a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
