We are looking to recruit a Senior Front Desk Coordinator. The right person for the job would manage incoming calls and greet clients and visitors, with professionalism and warmth. The right person for the position would be able to coordinate the front desk office flow to facilitate a seamless experience from the initial point of contact, to leaving after the completion of treatment whilst creating a rapport that patients would look forward to revisiting on subsequent return visits. To be that welcoming face of the practice, that is approachable, accommodating and empathic whilst also being pragmatic.

Maturity and experience would go a long way in addressing these needs - and not necessarily only within the dental industry. We would be willing to train the right person that has the skill set to meet these needs. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a supportive team environment would be essential.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in the workforce looking for a new challenge.

Hours are open for negotiation within our operating hours, with school hours an option for the right person, and salary would be dependant upon previous experience or skill set. Immediate start.
