About the Role
- Lead and manage a diverse Lived Experience (Peer and Carer Peer) team and provide professional leadership across the wider lived experience workforce.
- This position is responsible for the operational management of the Social Inclusion and Recovery Team and works collaboratively with all Team Leaders who have lived experience/carer peer roles in their services and provide relevant, team specific lived experience support.
