**The Role**

Join us as Head of Legal Practice Solutions and lead the charge in driving innovation and efficiency in legal service delivery. As a key member of our Legal Excellence team, you'll shape the future of legal operations, overseeing knowledge and document management, legal project management, cutting-edge technology solutions, and process optimization to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Key duties will include:

- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of Practice Support Lawyers, Legal Technologists, and Document Production specialists
- Drive efficiency and innovation through legal project management, workflow optimisation, and advanced technology solutions, including generative AI and eDiscovery
- Support strategic learning initiatives and deliver training to ensure staff and partners effectively utilise systems and tools
- Refine knowledge and document management systems, implement a firm-wide precedents program, and ensure alignment with branding and usability standards.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify gaps, develop resources, and stay ahead of industry trends to enhance the firm's profile
