Our client is a specialist property law firm with a strong reputation for delivering practical, commercial advice to clients across Australia. They have a unique offering, and as a result are expanding rapidly. From their Brisbane head office, they partner with developers, investors, businesses, and individuals to achieve successful property outcomes.

The Role

Our client is seeking a skilled
Legal Assistant
to support their lawyers in managing a high-volume, diverse property practice. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Preparing and managing legal documents and correspondence
  • File management (electronic and hard copy)
  • Assisting with contracts, settlements, and conveyancing matters
  • Coordinating with clients, agents, and other stakeholders
  • Diary, email, and task management for lawyers
  • General administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the practice

About You

To Succeed In This Role, You Will Have

  • Previous experience as a Legal Assistant (minimum 2 years), ideally within Property law
  • Strong knowledge of property transactions and related legal processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office
  • A proactive, client-focused approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
