About the Department:

About the Role:
Specifically, as a Corporate Services Officer within the HR Team your role may include (but is not limited to) the following key tasks:
Client service response via generic mailbox and telephone enquiries;
Enquiry/update using The Solution Series (TSS) payroll system;
Use of client service database (Service Now) for recording and flow of client enquiries;
Communication and liaison with Regional team members, Schools, Employees, Teacher Applicants, Teacher Applicant Centre, Payroll Services teams, Recruitment team and other key stakeholders;
Support for other HR team members in meeting timelines;
Running corporate reports, collation and interpretation of data;
Checking of forms, action and redirection as required;
Provision of advice to schools on Departmental policies and procedures relating to human resources and broad range of employee groups;
Contribute to team to meet service commitment.
