**About Us**:
**Your Opportunity**:
- As the Administration Officer, you may undertake work across a broad range of corporate service activities, including human resource (HR), financial and facilities, and/or undertake a narrow range of duties relating to a specific corporate services function.
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities for the efficient and effective provision of corporate services to support school operations.
**About the Role**:
This is primarily a Human resources Administrative Officer role. You will also assist with general front office duties as required.
**Your duties will include but not be limited to**:
- Relief staffing (Teaching & Non Teaching) - receiving notifications from absent staff, booking relief staff, maintaining relief staff folders, orientation for new relief staff
- Tracer bookings (if required)
- Leave recording
- Maintaining NCT records
- Fortnightly casual claim entries
- Teacher contracts
- Key register
- Bus quotes
- Transport returns
The Administrative Officer reports to the Principal, Business Manager or nominated delegate.
When working in regulated employment an employee must have a current Working with Children Clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services.
**About You**:
Important note - Due to this HR role primarily looking after relief staffing, it will be imperative to start work at 6.30am.
