**The Organisation**

Sunnykids is a fantastic not-for-profit organisation based on the Sunshine Coast. Working with children and families, Sunnykids offer a range of services from managing a women’s refuge to providing services within local schools.

**The role**

You will be responsible for the oversight and smooth functioning of the team along with overseeing the financial, administrative, legal and compliance, governance, company secretary administration marketing and fundraising functions.

In collaboration with the CEO and Board, you will shape and drive organisational strategy in accordance with the Vision, Purpose and Values.

**Skills & Attributes**:

- At least 5 years’ experience in Management roles, with at least 3 years in a Senior Leadership Role
- Knowledge of Finance, HR, Marketing, OH&S, IT systems, policies & work practices
- Experience working directly with a CEO and Board
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic and emotional environment
- Well-developed operational and financial management skills with advanced business acumen.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate to a diverse audience, including internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of office management, administration systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
- Willingness to be involved at all levels of organisational support, from “hands on” to strategic functions.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative efficient mind with an ability to identify and implement improvements.
