**About the role**

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Health & Disability and based in either one of our corporate offices in Perth, Sydney or Brisbane on a hybrid basis, you will provide support for our marketing campaigns and projects driving growth across APM’s Health & Disability portfolio throughout Australia and internationally.

You will join the corporate marketing team where you will be working alongside an exceptional team of individuals who are dedicated to delivering great work and creating a culture of support, learning and inclusivity.

**What you will do**
- Coordinate internal and external marketing campaigns, including planning, production, and execution
- Develop and coordinate communications and marketing materials, including assets to support advertising and promotional activities
- Create and draft content for use in marketing activity, including EDMs, print materials, blog posts and social media tiles, adhering to brand and legal guidelines
- Coordinate and execute social media strategies
- Input into the optimisation of customer journeys
- Assist in gathering reports using analytics, desktop and industry research and survey work to support key initiatives and campaigns

**What you will bring**

You are a curious, proactive, enthusiastic marketer, who thrives in a customer-focussed environment. You will work collaboratively and build strong working relationships with the team. You will bring a genuine interest and passion for the health and disability industry and a keenness to underpin APM’s marketing team and strategies, along with;
- Minimum three years marketing experience, with tertiary qualifications preferred
- Diligent with a high level of attention to detail
- Comfortable working across multiple brands and taking initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proof-reading skills
- Able to use or willing to learn platforms and best practices in Canva, Mailchimp, Dynamics Marketing 365 and Sprout
- Experienced using Microsoft Office Suite
