**About us**:
Beifang Foods is a well-established local meat processing company founded in Sydney in 1993. Our main business is processing, packing, storing and distributing of meat products to all states in Australia.
Based in Silverwater NSW, we are looking for full-time position and as a full-time, permanent employee, you will work a minimum 38 hours per week with the potential for overtime.

**Annualized Salary**: $70,000 - $80,000 per annum plus superannuation

**About the Role**
We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will work under the direction of the Marketing Manager to be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and coordinating promotional and marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and drive sustainable growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct market and consumer research to track consumer preferences, buying patterns, and competitor activity in the meat processing and distribution industry.

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote our meat products, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives and seasonal demand patterns.
- Work closely with major clients and distributors to understand their promotional needs and offer tailored marketing support to help them grow their meat product sales.
- Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using KPIs and analytics tools and adjust strategies to improve reach and return on investment.
- Contribute to product positioning, branding, and packaging development
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to align marketing efforts with business development goals, ensuring consistent messaging and service excellence across all customer touchpoints.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
- 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in food-related industries
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- A creative, analytical, and hands-on approach
- Knowledge of the meat or food distribution industry is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
