Our security cables help safeguard prisons, our fire-rated cables are trusted in the Cross River Rail project, and our backbone cabling supports luxury resorts such as Kingfisher resort on K’gari and the Gemlife resorts. The opportunity
- ** Own your territory** - Take charge of sales across NSW, building a strong pipeline and driving growth in untapped markets.
- ** Leverage the distribution network** - Maximise the use of the distribution channel to hold stock and improve market penetration for Madison products.
- ** Hunt for new opportunities** - Proactively identify high-value projects, new market segments, and emerging customer needs, then turn them into sales.
- ** Sell beyond the obvious** - Drive cross-business unit sales by introducing customers to Madison’s full portfolio of cutting-edge connectivity solutions.
- ** Close with confidence** - Achieve and exceed sales and margin targets by delivering solutions that create real value for customers.
- ** Be the expert** - Work alongside product managers to provide technical and engineering support, ensuring customers get the best solutions for their projects.
- ** Think strategically** - Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and industry changes to position Madison Express as the go-to supplier in the electrical wholesale sector.

What we are looking for
- Have strong sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably with an understanding of the electrical wholesale industry.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, and ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Technical expertise in the electrical/electronic industries is desirable.
- Ability to manage travel across NSW as required.
- Have excellent interpersonal and time management skills that allow you to deliver excellent results to deadlines.
