Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented B2B Marketing Specialist with 3–5 years of relevant experience in the IT or technology industry. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on skills in executing marketing campaigns, content creation, and partner communications. Proficiency in copywriting, basic graphic design (Photoshop), and PowerPoint presentation design is essential. This role suits candidates who understand the nuances of B2B marketing, including lead generation, solution positioning, and partner engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

B2B Campaign Execution & Events

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns supporting MSI's commercial and B2B business objectives.
  • Organize marketing events such as partner training, solution roadshows, reseller activation, and industry expos.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales teams and external partners/vendors to deliver timely, on-brand campaigns.
  • Track and evaluate campaign effectiveness, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Content Creation & Branding

  • Develop compelling B2B-focused content, including EDMs, brochures, landing pages, and product presentations.
  • Write engaging, technically accurate marketing copy tailored to commercial customers and partners.
  • Create professional PowerPoint presentations and assist in preparing marketing assets and sales toolkits.
  • Utilize Adobe Photoshop and other basic design tools for visual content editing and layout adjustments.

Digital & Social Media Marketing

  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to localize campaigns and share local market feedback.
  • Analyze digital metrics and optimize campaigns for lead generation and partner engagement.

Your Competencies:

  • 3–5 years of relevant B2B marketing experience in the IT industry or related sectors.
  • Solid understanding of channel/partner marketing and commercial product positioning.
  • Strong skills in copywriting, marketing communications, and visual presentation.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop; experience with Canva or video editing tools is a plus.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and execution skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with the IT industry, ideally PC, components, or commercial computing solutions.
  • Willingness to travel domestically for events and partner meetings.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Work Arrangement:
Sydney-based role

  • Monday to Thursday: Onsite at MSI Australia Office
  • Friday: Remote work
