As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in maximizing customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and customer retention within our organization. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customer base, actively identifying upselling opportunities, and ensuring their long-term success with our software solution.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee a portfolio of accounts, acting as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns.
- Achieve sales targets through effective account management and sales execution.
- Monitor account performance against targets, develop and implement effective sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue targets and increasing market share.
- Provide exceptional customer support, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Collect and analyse customer feedback to inform product improvements and service offerings.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecast to management.
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure a unified approach to account management.

Skills and Experience:

- Account Management: Ability to manage key accounts strategically, including account planning, mapping customer organizations, identifying growth opportunities, and setting targets for a 20% yield on their portfolio.
- Sales Skills: Proficiency in the sales process, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling Ideagen's software solutions.
- Customer Relationship Management: Skills in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Negotiation and Communication skills: Strong negotiation skills for contract renewals and expansions, complemented by excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Problem Solving: Quick identification and resolution of customer issues, ensuring mínimal disruption to the customer and maintaining satisfaction.
- Forecasting: ability to conduct sales forecasting, leveraging Salesforce data and market analysis to predict future sales trends and performance.
- Sales Stack: Proficiency in using Salesforce for CRM tasks and Outreach for recording and analysing discovery calls.
