We are seeking an enthusiastic Administration Officer to provide high level administrative support to mecwacare’s Office of the Chief Executive and broader Corporate Services office. Responsible for a range of tasks around the office, this position is ideal for someone looking for a hands on, diverse role who is looking to grow their administrative skills and further their career. You will be responsible for, but not limited to, processing invoices, monthly government reporting, filing, maintaining databases and registers, supporting reception and general office duties. This is a three-year contract with an opportunity for extension.
**What you bring***:
- Exceptional knowledge and experience in providing high level administrative support
- Accurate data entry and experience in data reporting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Demonstrated advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office and accurate typing, ideally 70 wpm
- Exceptional attention to detail, prioritisation and multi-tasking
- High level customer service skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Motivated to work with the team and autonomously to deliver outcomes
- Qualifications in Business Administration or completing further education in business.
