Our clients are numerous and varied, and include such brands as KONE, NSW Govt, UNSW and Afea. We are seeking a Marketing Executive to join our growing team. Being around for over 18 years has enabled us to build a credible reputation in our space, and we work hard to keep it that way. We are looking to increase our visibility to accelerate our growth.

Whilst we have a great office in North Sydney, we do offer the flexibility of working from home.

**A little about the role**

The Marketing Executive position is a dynamic and exciting role that supports the delivery of the small to medium enterprise (SME) customer segment engagement program. This role is a great opportunity for a commercial, well-rounded marketer with a strong understanding of digital marketing and B2B.

**What will the Marketing Specialist be doing day to day?**
- Work with the management team to formulate communication strategy to acquire, retain and engage SME customers
- Decide which channels and messages work best for this segment and how the brand should be portrayed
- Plan when and how messages should be landed across channels, ensuring cross-channel integration including the sales team and direct channels
- Work with the sales team to create sales enablement tools and customer collateral
- Create effective contents (Blogs, Case Studies and Social Media Releases) for the targeted market
- Work in collaboration with other team members to build and execute integrated market wide thought leadership campaigns
- Measure results and continuously improve to maximize performance

**We would like someone that has**
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar kind of role
- A tertiary marketing qualification is preferred but not essential
- Industry experience in software development would be an added advantage
- Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- A strong understanding of digital marketing, including the ability to brief and lead digital channel specialists, ensure digital activity is aligned to overarching objectives and can be effectively measured and optimised
- Proven experience in end to end campaign design, delivery, measurement and optimisation.
- Experience in Google AdWords, LinkedIn Ads, SEO and Social media marketing
- Experience in content writing
- Experience in using any or all of the following tools; Figma, WordPress, Adobe Photoshop and Canva
- Proven creative thinking and execution of effective marketing and advertising communications
- Experience in implementing media strategy with paid, owned and earned channels
- Focus on continuous improvement and optimization

**Career Progression**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
