Job Title: Marketing Leader

This role is a strategic and hands-on position that combines leadership with high-quality execution. The successful candidate will drive the marketing function through its next stage of growth.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of marketing experience within B2B SaaS, preferably in a scale-up environment. They should have proven experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for enterprise-level audiences.

Key responsibilities include leading the planning and execution of integrated go-to-market strategies, owning and leading core marketing functions, developing ABM programs, driving demand generation, and identifying agencies.

The successful candidate will be highly organized with advanced project and time management skills, comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic environment.

They should have a strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and strategy, supporting performance optimization and pipeline impact.

A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, initiative, and accountability, they thrive in fast-paced environments and bring a continuous improvement mindset.

In this role, you will work closely with the team to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth and revenue.

You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively, and meeting deadlines.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

You will also need to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying your knowledge to improve processes and achieve results.
