About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Workshop Technician to join our friendly Ingleburn team (full-time). In this hands-on role, you'll assemble, repair, and maintain assistive technology equipment, ensuring it meets our high-quality and safety standards.

What Your Day Will Look Like
  • Assemble, repair, and customise mobility and assistive equipment for client trials and demos
  • Liaise with the sales team to ensure demo equipment is ready, safe, and functioning perfectly
  • Load, unload, sanitise, charge, and maintain returned equipment
  • Set up new demo equipment and update stock and inventory records
  • Keep demo areas, equipment, and accessories clean, organised, and in top condition
  • Follow WHS policies and maintain a safe workshop environment
  • Work closely with colleagues across departments to provide seamless client support
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a mechanical, workshop, or technical repair role
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Current driver's license
