**The role**:
Reporting into the HR Lead, you will be responsible for the following:

- Talent acquisition and retention
- Assisting and advising with daily employee relations, queries and issues
- Overseeing payroll and renumeration and compensation
- Assisting in improving policies and processes
- Developing new business initiatives
- Updating and maintaining all HR paperwork and records
- Undertaking WHS investigations and performance management processes
