As an HR Business Partner, you will be a trusted advisor and expert in industrial and employee relations, ensuring our teams are equipped to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver professional HR services focused on open communication and credibility, while collaborating with HR Business Partners to share best practices, ensure consistency, and provide cross-team support.
- Use a coaching approach to empower managers, driving effective people management and positive employee outcomes, while identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and the employee experience.
- Partner with senior management to assess the people impact of business strategies and organizational changes, developing innovative solutions, policies, and programs based on HR trends and metrics.
- Offer strategic HR advice on employment legislation, policies, recruitment, and change management. Lead HR initiatives for corporate projects and support workforce and succession planning.
- Lead, coach, and motivate teams, contributing to policy development, organizational strategy, and fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and engagement across all levels.

**About You**:

- Proven experience in HR business partnering, with a deep understanding of employee and industrial relations.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR compliance requirements.
- Ability to build strong relationships and provide strategic HR advice to senior management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex employee relations issues.
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with a passion for developing people and driving positive change.
