Large organisation are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner. Some Travel required within Australia.

**Your new company**
This leading organisation are an established facilities management organisation. They are looking to appoint a HR Business Partner on a permanent full-time basis to support their workforce.

**Your new role**
In this role you will work with leaders within the business coaching them to improve their leadership capabilities whilst providing HR direction and advice to support all employees. Responsibilities will include: IR/ER, remuneration, succession planning, performance management and reviews. Whilst driving Talent & Recruitment, HR process, Employee Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion and Wellbeing projects.

**What you'll need to succeed**
Your key success in this role will be attributed to your previous generalist HR experience at a Business Partner/Advisor level within a medium to large organisation. You will have tertiary qualifications within a related field and demonstrate a strong understanding of Australian and Queensland HR legislation and employment law. Heavy industry experience and working with Industrial Workforces and Unions will be highly regarded for this role.
