As one of the most well renowned manufacturing businesses within their space, this newly created role is an exciting opportunity as the Human Resources team continues to evolve.

This industry leader has been in operation for over four decades, grown to over a thousand employees and works with some of Australia's largest building and construction firms.

**Your Role**

Reporting to an extremely supportive Group HR Manager and working alongside another HR Business Partner who has been with the business for several years, this is a true generalist role responsible for operational HR matters within your stakeholder group.

Working closely with managers, you will support them in implementing people strategies and practices which support the business objectives and continuous improvement, as well as assisting the HR Manager with various strategic HR projects.

**About You**

You will be an experienced HR generalist who enjoys working with a mix of blue and white-collar stakeholders.

Preferably bringing experience from the construction or manufacturing space, you will be comfortable with interpreting Awards and negotiating Enterprise Agreements, providing best-practice HR advice at all stages of the employment lifecycle and building strong relationships, as well as contributing to strategic people projects as they arise.

A good sense of humour and ability to laugh with your team will get you far, as will your general discernment and ability to read a room.
