Deploy Security is a fast-growing, Australian-based security business that keeps transparency and customer service at the heart of its brand. We’ve been servicing industrial, government and private clients throughout the Asia-Pacific region for almost a decade and we’re looking for an administrator to support effective service delivery and day-to-day functioning.

**About the role**

We’re looking for a full-time/part-time key client coordinator to provide fast, useful technical assistance. As the first point of contact for these queries, you must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain the solution. You must also be customer-oriented and able to work with technicians, suppliers and key customers alike.

Organization, urgency and an ability to deliver and problem solve efficiently are vital skills for this role. You should be comfortable with using cloud-based systems and have a high level of digital literacy to be able to pick up internal systems training.

We understand that the electronic security industry might not be everyone's background, however a working knowledge of ITSM, general networking and cellular (4G/5G) communication are all you need to be comfortable in this role. If you have an IT background, held an internal support role in an IT business, or worked B2B retail in communications this role could be an opportunity for you to build your technical skill set, with on the job training.

**Duties will include**:

- Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
- Walking the customer through the problem-solving process
- Providing accurate information on IT products of services
- Recording events, problems and their resolution in logs
- Answering inbound calls from clients and technicians
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders

**To be suitable for this role you should have the following traits**:

- Comfortable working in a help desk or customer support role
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Ability to self-start and work unsupervised
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented manner
- Qualifications in Information Technology are favourable but not essential
