Haynes are currently seeking a** Project Coordinator **for a position with our valued client Hastings Deering based in **Acacia Ridge, Brisbane.**

**Key responsibilities **of this role will include but not be limited to**:

- Participate in project planning and auditing activities.
- Perform project management support activities, generate reports, and follow up with project leads, driving the team to adhere to Sime Darby Berhad policies and processes.
- Report task status in relation to time, cost, scope, and quality, and maintain records of work-in-progress and communications in line with the project management methodology.
- Perform project procurement activities, including scoping, sourcing, procurement administration, expediting and invoice payment activities.
- Perform project human resource, procurement and assignment and administration, in line with Project Resource management plans.

**About the offer**
- 3-4 months work
- Employment on a casual basis
- Monday to Friday roster
- 8:00am - 5:00pm daily

**Position requirements**:

- Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle.
- Minimum five years’ experience in a Project Administration role or 5 years in a personal assistant role
- Excellent computer knowledge, working with Microsoft Office, systems, and data bases.
- Proven stakeholder and customer engagement with a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, and confidence
- Motivated and strong work ethic with excellent organizational skills
- Be Physically fit to pass a Pre-Employment Medical + D&A Screening.
