We are looking for a creative hospitality professional with the ability to turn their ideas into reality. You will have extensive experience in hospitality, with a sound understanding of both restaurant and function operations. We need switched-on individuals with initiative, flair & personality. Minimum three years' experience in a similar role.

An enthusiastic team player with a can do attitude and a driver to deliver excellence in customer service.

A good work ethic with the ability to work to deadlines and strict time pressures.

Excellent knowledge of current marketing and social media techniques in the hospitality industry

Display initiative to maximise leads and opportunities for the benefit of the business

Demonstrate the ability to communicate with management and staff.

Demonstrate excellent oral communication skills and the ability to discuss and resolve problems or complaints.

Strong food and beverage knowledge - including both service standards and current trends.

The ability to adapt quickly in a fast paced environment.

The ability to live and work in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the management, coordination and smooth running of allocated functions and events. This includes all setups and event operational times.

Designing and implementing new business opportunities for Osteria 20

Research and compile new revenue generating concepts.

Maintain knowledge of industry competitor marketing strategies

Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth information flow and successful operation of events. This includes setup details, confirmation of menus and confirmation of dietary requirements, specific client requests and any other details as prescribed in the planning stages of an event.

Ensure compliance with all company standards and procedures - This includes reporting and documentation as prescribed by management.
