**Position Summary**

As the Customer Delivery Manager, you will have about 5 directly reports, looking after an operation of 20 call operators.

We consider both experienced professionals in the industry or some experienced leader from other industries.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Overall, the key areas of responsibility include (but not limited to):

- Improve service quality and efficiency
- Lead a team of 20 employees
- Process improvement
- Build a great working culture

- Previous leadership experience is required
- Previous experiences in similar environment
